Always Use Caution during water activites

Do you think he's got enough floaties?

Totally lame picture. I know. Baby was not cooperating during photoshoot, and I didn't get a second chance. Forgive me. What I had really hoped to capture was the neighbor kid jumping in the pool, (throwing caution to the wind!) but he was too chicken. Go figure...

CC (and any advice on how to get kids to cooperate would be appreciated!)

Charlotte, I totally feel your pain... I just tried to do a photoshoot with my own kids. Torture! One trick that works well with young kids sometimes is to take a couple of shots, then show them on your screen... they get excited when they realize that THEY are on the camera, and they'll cooperate more. (Sometimes... ;)

I thought of throwing caution to the wind too, but couldn't figure out how to capture it. I LOVe what you did decide to post... I don't think he could show any more caution than that. :)

I think the picture is still cute, even if he is not looking at you. All the floaties are adorable, and enjoy the water as much as you can, Summer is amost over!

sweet my kids and I love this picture since i swear my kids are fish out of water! I think floaties are a good thing too if you really want to be careful!

I think the shot is very nice with the clear water and you dont have a shadow on the face like I get most of the time! Only CC would be maybe to crouch down a little more if it were possible to get on his level more. I know it is hard with a pool when you dont have a waterproof thing and you dont want the camera to get wet!
