I completely agree. The best photo is the best photo regardless if the photographer took a great photo in the previous challenge. The best photo should win no matter what.
Brittney and Mindy are my top two. Their photos are strong and draw me in. I am captivated by them and keep returning to look at them time and again.
I also like Susan's and Blake's. Theirs were also photographs that told a story without needing an explanation.
My two favorites are:

MINDY!!! This one really stood out to me...the angle...the colors...awesome!
AND...
Julie! This one made me want to forego my diet and head out to the nearest BBQ and stuff my face with delicious ribs. Once again..loved the angle and the colors!
And a HUGE shoutout to Shelby-the sign was hilarious and I loved the composition of the picture with the beach in the background!
