I woke up this morning with tell-tale symptoms of my semi-annual sinus infection. It's actually about 4-5 weeks late. I thought I had gotten out of it this spring, but no. So this photo is a sign of what my next two weeks will look like. I used a soft focus effect on it, because my head will be a little fuzzy around the edges.

Normally I don't like the fuzzy filters applied to pictures, but it really fits here--I definitely get the feeling you're going to be fuzzy headed for the next bit. I'm sorry you're sick, but in spite of your illness you've still managed a good photo--I'm especially impressed by the lighting and the setup. Nice job!

I must admit... I'm slightly grossed out by used kleenexes, BUT I think you did a great job with the picture! I love the black background and the lighting... it's perfect!
oh dang, that's crappy you're getting your infection... but way to go with taking Lemons and making lemonade, right!! and I love that it's against a black background, makes it more POP-py!
