resistance



I try to work out every day and when you're stretching or doing weights, you need to make sure that whatever you do on one side, you also do on the other side.

This is such an awesome idea!!! I love it! The picture is great too, i love the bright color of the weights (buff girl... i'm a solid 3-pound-lifter) Way to go on working out too, keep it up!!!!!

SO true! I teach fitness classes, and we're always "making the other side even". ;) Is that a piece of exercise equipment in the background? Good set-up!
