I was originally going to go in a completely different direction with this assignment but I could not get my photo to match the image I had in my head! So frustrating. So I played around with a couple of different things today. But when my daughter dressed up her little brother, I couldn't resist showing just how well he cleans up ;)
I do wish it was a bit more visually interesting, but I really struggled with getting anything to really work for me. Any ideas?

He's really cute! I remember dressing up my younger brother all the time... they DO clean up nicely!
I like how you got on the ground to take the picture! I would say that the lighting would be something to work on but I have NO idea how to fix it!

So funny! I used to dress up my 2 youngest brothers... poor guys!
I went to my photography class last night, and she talked about "filling the frame"... that might be something that could make this picture more interesting. Here's the quote from my notes: "When I share this with my friends will they feel like they have a front-row seat or one in the back of the balcony from which they have to strain to see what's going on?" Maybe a close up of the glasses and feather tiara might work. I also try LOTS of different angles and ideas if there is something I want a picture of... you never know which one will be the "keeper".
