I'm a stay-at-home Mom, which is the best thing that ever happened to me (besides my husband, of course!), hence the picture of me being a mommy. My kids are Samuel, age 2 years, and Alivia, age 2 weeks.
I enjoy photography (obviously), though I am much better with Photoshop than my camera. I also enjoy digital scrapbooking, modern dance, and all things chocolate. We live in Southeast Idaho.
Please feel free to CC my photo.

I LOVE this picture... the sweet kiss on the sweet baby's cheek... the lighting... the way your arm encircles her... well done!
When I first saw your picture I said OOOHHH So sweet, I love it. Just adorabel. I need a baby in my family!!
Oh, I did have one thing that could make it better... and this is nitpicking, but I want people to nitpick mine... your thumb is kind of stiff, a softer hand would've been more in sync with the rest of the photo. That's it... everything else is perfection!
P.S.. the remote thing is the best...you can click as many pictures as you want without waiting for the self timer. They are not that expensive at all. This is the only way I could have ever done a self portrait!
yeah, what a great picture!!! Looks really nice! I think this would be really cute in black and white too--to add some drama.
...haha....like you need more drama in your life!:) jk
Mindy, I totally agree with you on the thumb. It drove me crazy the minute I saw this picture, but all the rest that I took had even worse flaws. She was fussing and I was trying to hold her hand down because the previous 3 pics her hand kept flying up in front of my face the second the timer went off... oh, well. It's the best I could do today. :0)
That is such a precious photo. I can never get pictures of me kissing my babies to turn out right. Way to go!
Oh this is so precious!!!! What a beautiful picture... definitely a Wall Photo!!! She's an angel!
Hey Char! Love you woman. This is a beautiful picture. HOw'd you take it? I love it, the only thing, is what Mindy said. The thumb is placed a little odd, but it's okay. You look so cute in the pic!
Shanda, there's actually very little photoshopping done on this pic- hooray for me! I took this pic with natural light- next to a big picture window. I just propped my camera on top of a box of wet wipes on top of the dresser. My LCD screen on my camera flips around so I could see where I was in the frame and where I was focusing. The burn around the edge is actually all natural shadow, believe it or not. Mostly, I just got lucky. :0)
beautiful picture!
So artistic! I love it~
