Growing Family

My family is expanding! (And so is my belly!) Self-shots can be really hard. I had to take about 25 of myself to get it the way I wanted. And then I liked it so much, I decided to wash it out a little and now I love it. For this particular photo, the reason it made the cut was because I managed to get it to center on my belly, with my face nearly out of the picture.

CC Welcome and desired!

Nice it would look cool if you could do it as a shillouette too maybe. I like how the dree is there it seems to help focus on the theme of the picture.

That's awesome that you did this as a self-portrait! THAT is so tough! And I love how you used this word to describe your growing family. VERY CUTE!

I really like this. It's very simple, but very telling, too. You can see emotion. I love the washed out look, and the fact that you did it outdoors (in front of a beautiful tree by the way, or at least a beautiful tree trunk), putting you closer to nature. Beautiful photo.
