Finding something like this is definitely an everyday occurrence! ...My daughters bubble blower inside my husbands tool bucket. SOOC, since I still have yet to find an editing program that is not very expensive and has cool borders and stuff. Any suggestions?

Oh, how funny! I know a lot of people have had success with piknik (how do you spell it?) and some other programs. And, if you're serious about photography, it's worth the investment to pay for an editing program. :)
Yeah, you can visit Piknik here. There's also Adobe Photoshop Express, which is free, and Picasa, which is also a free download. That's what I use.
LOL- very cute. I love the silly surprises kids leave us sometimes.
