Old Keys

I was at my grandmother's house this weekend in Oklahoma, I told her about the challenge, so she dug around for some old keys and this is what we came up with.

Those keys are funky and fun! I would have liked to see a little more light on the right side of the picture; the two upright parts of the 'y' don't seem to be getting as much light.

I had no idea it spelled key until I saw Breezi's comment. But yes, it does! And HOW COOL IS THAT! What a wonderful assortment!

Wow! What an awesome lot of old keys you have1 Love the way you arranged them as well, though I think a little more light on the right would have complmented the "Y" better. Maybe it's just my monitor? I really like this! Very creative!

I think that's really original, great job. One thing i like to recomment when shooting with a flash like this is to get as far away as you can and then zoom in. This lets your flash fill out the whole subject area - the upper part of your why just looks a little dark. A flash diffisuer will also do a great job of spreading the flash out and providing more even lighting - i really like gary fong's diffusers (just google gary fong). Really creative though!
