Fluid Beings

From fluid we came, fluid we are, fluid we need and fluid we return to! Kind of gross I guess. Mostly I thought of the last time I lived in Cali I was in 5th grade and we disected a pigs eye. My partner was grossed out so I got to do it all myself. Needless to say there is a lot of fluid in eyes. CC welcome.
ISO 800, f 4.9 still working on perfecting the balance. Though I cant change the fstop my camera makes that auto I can change the ISO.

I swear I posted this at 12 straight up my time. I thought it was interesting how you can see the reflection of the window and the shape of the trees outside in her eyes.

Very Creative!! I like that you've cropped in close to the eyes- but I think it may be a little tight.

Very nice. I think I have to agree with April though. I would have liked to see it just a little bit less zoomed in. Just my opinion though.

What a cute kiddo! Ingenious take on the challenge. I agree it is a wee bit too cropped...though I get that you're "focusing" on the eye fluid! Still a great shot!

I was going for more color in her eyes. you cant see it very well but she has specks of different color in her eye and I was going for a close up for that.

So I didnt crop it at all. I just did saturate color just a hair and that is all the eiditing I did. But I see your point. I had three choices I couldnt decided. http://practicpic.blogspot.com shows you all of them so you can see.

Love your take on this! I was trying to think of something along the same lines and asked my hubby if he would cut his hand open so I could get a good shot of bodily fluids, but yeah, he said no. It may just be me but the thing I see first when looking at this picture is the nose. Maybe you could play around with the compostion a bit to really make the eye or eyes pop? Just a thought.

You are always thinking outside the box- I love it! I'm not sure many people would have gone to the eye as "fluid" but it works great. I think she looks a bit inquisitive, maybe it's just the angle but I love it.
