It's a tradition for our family (along with millions of other families I'm sure) to dye Easter eggs every year. It's kind of an odd tradition if you think about it. Anyway, after dying the counter, her hands, shirt and a few eggs my three-year-old grabbed her favorite egg and bedazzled it with a whole sheet of stickers. I couldn't help but capture her artwork.
Hope you all have a marvelous Easter!
BTW-This was my plan B. The thing that stinks about being in this challenge with my husband is when we both get the same idea one of us has to back off. Sigh. Ah well, Easter eggs are fun.

hahahaha!!! That one crazy, ducked egg is the BEST! I'm smiling SO BIG right now! I love this shot... I tried taking pics of our eggs, but they looked faded and pretty nasty-- so i'm glad you did this. As for for your hubby, wow-- now THAT'S a competition!!! happy easter!
Well, I think your plan B worked out quite beautiful! I love how vivid these colors showed up! Great job... and I agree.. I love the bedazzled egg.. it's fabulous! :)
I love your colored eggs...reminds me so much when my kids were small and we did this every single year and we had such a variety of Easter eggs... Happy Easter.
Nice job with plan B! I love the "well-loved" egg... I can just see the fun your kids had!
I should have posted earlier all my ideas are taken. I think yours turned out better anyways, Great picture!
I love the bright colors!! You captured this moment great! its so clear!
hahahaha...very cute!!! I love the closeness and bright colors. What kind of camera do you have and which lens did you use. I am really impressed with the clarity!
I like your plan B- it was along the same lines as mine! I love the stickered up egg the best!
This is plan B? I love it! I love how bright the eggs are. Ours turned out more pastel- any tips? And I love the feature egg- it just pushed the shot over the top. Kids are so great.
great colors and detail on the stickers there! Nice job!
Rachel-I shot with my Nikon D60 and my AF-S Nikkor 50mm f/1.4G lens. Its my favorite, I would definitely reccomend it to anyone! I also sharpened the photo a bit in PS which helped with the clarity
Teryn-I used vinegar in the coloring and increased the saturation in PS
