Canine Wisdom

(50mm, f7.1, 1/250, ISO200)
In raw editing I increased the vibrance. In Elements I sharpened and burned the edges.

Things We Can Learn From a Dog
*Never pass up the opportunity to go for a joyride
* Allow the experience of fresh air and the wind in your face to be pure ecstasy.
*When loved ones come home, always run to greet them.
*Take naps and stretch before rising.
*Eat with gusto and enthusiasm.
*Be loyal.
*Never pretend to be something you're not.
*When someone is having a bad day, be silent, sit close by and nuzzle them gently.
*Avoid biting when a simple growl will do.
*When you're happy, dance around and wag your entire body.
*Delight in the simple joy of a long walk.

I have a confession, this challenge flat out stumped me. So, what did I do (ducking head in embarrassment)?! I....can't say it....googled wisdom to get my brain juices flowing. The shame! Anyway, I found this list on canine wisdom and loved it. And it just so happened, the friends I was taking pictures of today had two beautiful dogs. Too much of a stretch?

I also like the framing of the picture and of course the dogs foot on the owners... enjoyed the whole concept one addition to that saying if your dog is fat you are not getting enough exercise Susan

I love the goofy look on the one and the alert look on the other. Definitely love the jeans, brown shoes, matching leashes and gravel...and grass. Okay, I love the whole thing, but especially how it all worked together! I also like how the road isn't straight behind them, but at an angle.
