On Angel's Wings

I took a close up of the wings on my willow tree figurine. I used my hubby's new Canon 50D. It was really fun to play with! But I need more practice...

Good job, that is a very nice camera, so it will be fun to play around with it. I like how some parts of the picture are sharp and others are a little blurry. Keep on practicing!

Cool cool cool! I like it! I almost thought it was a whisk at first glance.

well i liked it a lot! I thought at first you caught shadow of the wings but after looking at it more it seems it just might be more of the wings.
Looks like you know the camera better than I know mine.

I Like the shadows it creates on the wall.

What do yo say about abstract art - looks abstract, good job! With that particular lens you have to play close attention to your aperture or your depth of field will only be half an inch wide, sometimes you need a little more than that. But i'm glad you enjoyed "stealing" my camera.

This is actually one of my favorites. I love the tiny depth of field. It adds dimension to something so simple. I also love how it contrast the bright white background.
