My grandma is a model of love, efficiency, resiliency, and faith. She has survived breast cancer, cooked 5 course meals in minutes, taught me to quilt, gone on four missions to foreign countries...she is my hero in so many ways! Since I couldn't take a picture of her, I took a picture of the cookbook she made for me, that is (obviously) well used! That is her handwriting on the front.

I love this tribute to your grandma. Very creative. I love the colors- they really work together. I think it might also look nice cropped in a little tighter.
I like the colors and it's a great idea, to idolize someone like that!
What a great hero!
I love the depth in this picture. You have a great eye for what goes together!
I think this is a beautiful picture. I agree it might be a little tighter, but overall it just SPEAKS so much.
I love the colors too!!! My grandma also taught me how to make many yummy things.
I wanted to crop it in tighter, but I loved the way the whisk almost glowed (when it's bigger, you can see that better), so I just couldn't crop that out. I felt like the rest had to be in there to balance it out, since I didn't want the picture to be just of the whisk. :) I probably should've given up one thing I like, though, for the greater good. Thanks for the CC!
