Actually, the background is just some ugly vertical white apartment blinds...which were blurred from focusing on the subjects. The picture was beautiful by itself but I added a slight "diffuse glow" on photoshop which added to the "angelic" effect. And of course, natural light. I don't think I will ever use a flash again.
Well to me it looked great. From what I have read most photographers dont use a flash very often. So I am trying not to use it as well. It didnt even look like blinds to me. It almosted looked like a white sheet or something. Thanks for letting me know what you did!
Here is your mission, approximately once a week, an assignment will be given. Group members will then have 24 hours from the time of the assignment to take new pictures that interpret that assignment and post their picture for us all to see.
Again, this is YOUR interpretation of the word...be creative!
1) Move past the literal. Take risks and don't be afraid to do something wacky.
2) Under your submitted photo, tell us why that picture made the cut. Why did you take it? What inspired you?
3) LEAVE COMMENTS when you can!! It is fun to join in and let others know what we love about a picture.
4) TITLE your picture and use labels for each challenge as well as YOUR name so we can track by person.
5) HAVE FUN!

sweet. pure and sweet.
Beautiful!
I like how the background was white almost washed out. I personally think of white and heaven anyway so it worked for me.
Let me know how you made that shot.
