My sewing skills are meager--really. But to me, I absolutely LOVE to listen to the whir of the machine and feel the pedal beneath my foot. I love the piles of fabric, colors all mixed together...I feel so at peace.Oh how I dream to be a talented seamstress...to have stacks of fabric and endless time to work on projects!

I love the title of this post as much as the picture! It's amazing! Who knew a sewing machine could be photo worthy? I have so much to learn! I look at all the old quilts that women made "way back when" and I wish I could create somthing like that.

What a cool shot of your sewing machine! I love the lighting too. Keep practicing with the sewing. My mom is an amazing seamstress and it's just lots of practice with different techniques. Sometimes, you can find an older sister in your ward who would be willing to teach you some of the trickier things.
